Spending a $50 iTunes Gift Card

I received a $50 iTunes gift card for my birthday a few weeks ago and it is always interesting to see how people choose to spend a gift card in iTunes and the App Store. So here is how I indulge in the App Store.

OmniFocus 2 for iPhone: ($19.99) I've been using OmniFocus for several years and this brand new app for the iPhone is well worth the $20...keeps me on track.

Downcast: (2.99) I needed a podcast app for my iPhone and the custom playlists and automatic sync options customizable per podcast made this the perfect choice.

Steampunk Holmes: ($9.99) I couldn't resist Sherlock Holmes re-imagined in a steampunk world. It's a great Sherlock Holmes book written as an app with interactive maps and many other features.

Mr. Reader: (2.99) A really full-featured RSS reader with Buffer and Instapaper support...what more could you ask for?

Limbo: ($4.99) This app is totally creepy and I love it! The graphics are incredible yet simple but the game play very challenging.

Little Inferno: ($4.99) Ever had the urge to light something on fire? Well, here's your chance!

Code Monkey Save World Issue #1: ($2.99) A comic about a monkey trying to make it in a human world as a programmer, all while trying to save the world.

Digits: ($0.99) A universal calculator app that allows you to easily share a quick list of calculations with others via email.
