Vincent Award #32: Rayna DuBose

This week's Vincent Award goes to Rayna DuBose. Rayna had just started her first basketball season at Virginia Tech when she contracted bacterial meningitis which resulted in the amputation of both her arms and both her legs. Rather than treat that as a handicap she says "Losing my arms and legs was one of the best things that ever happened to me." She goes on to say..."I'm much happier now because before, I was heading down the wrong path, with the wrong people. And now I'm helping others."

We can all learn something from Rayna. The full story at the Hufington Post is well worth your time to read...
